Welcome to Pick One! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pick One mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Pick One, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Pick One, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Pick One is a family-friendly question-and-answer game designed to facilitate meaningful conversations and connections between players. The Service allows users to answer thought-provoking questions and compare their responses with others.
USER ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Age Requirements
Users under 13 years of age may only use Pick One under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
Users between 13-17 years of age require parental consent to use the Service
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Service
3.2 Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
USER CONDUCT
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service ("scraping")
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
CONTENT
5.1 Your Content You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
5.2 Our Content All questions, game mechanics, design elements, and other content provided by Pick One are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

IN-APP PURCHASES
7.1 Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may be available for purchase ("In-App Purchases")
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment will be charged to your app store account
7.2 Refunds Refund requests must be submitted through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their refund policies.

Your use or inability to use the Service

Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website or within the app. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
TERMINATION
13.1 By You You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.
13.2 By Us We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
13.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of Amercia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
