How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Pick One account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Pick One app on your device
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation bar)
  3. Tap on My Account
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears
  6. Your account and data will be permanently deleted

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

👤 Profile information (name, email, phone, profile photo)
📝 Journal entries and personal notes
📋 Custom question lists you created
⭐ Question ratings and preferences
👥 Friend connections
🔔 Notifications and device tokens
💬 Support chat conversations
📊 Usage statistics and activity history

Data That May Be Retained

📄 Anonymized analytics data (not linked to your identity)

Note: We do not retain any personally identifiable information after account deletion.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your data. If you wish to use Pick One again, you will need to create a new account.
